Tenants are expected to maintain overall cleanliness in their room and the general living spaces, and complete a weekly assigned cleaning chore. Staying active and engaged are key elements to recovery.

  • COMFORTABLE, SAFE & SOBER

Sharing the Same Goal Since 2013

It is a fact, those who develop support, those who attend meetings, and those who have someone that can help guide them through difficult moments when they arise have a better chance of staying sober! It is clear to those in recovery it is not easy. We clearly understand “Life” is not easy, but developing the tools to overcome the difficult moments with support, makes it easier to those working to manage them. It also prevents relapse which is the main goal.

What Our Sober Tenants Say

  • I have lived in both houses for almost two years, and it has saved my life. If I was sitting in my place at this stage it would be easy to get bored and pick up.

    K.L.

  • "The house is awesome. Everyone cares about sobriety. The rents are low for how nice it is, and it isn't a dirty crowded rundown place like most SLE's. It is a place that cares and you can tell. I like that."

  • The most important thing about it seems that the nature of the house is to form good healthy support from people you live with. It nurtures that.
